1. Tour Cost

Travelwell Golf ensures your package is tailor-made to meet your specific requirements, providing a personalized and unforgettable golfing experience. Please note that the prices visible during the booking checkout on our website may be non-final. These prices act as a general estimate, and the final amount may vary if you opt to modify any details of your booking post-checkout.

2. Deposit And Final Payment

All initial prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR). However, for certain packages and upon request, we can facilitate payments in other currencies (GBP, PLN, or USD). This option is not universally available, so please contact us directly if you need to make a payment in a currency other than EUR.

  • To make any arrangements, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost per person is required at time of booking.
  • The tour remains as not guaranteed until payment in full has been received by Travelwellgolf – with minimum of 12 weeks prior to departure for your trip. 
  • For any bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date full prepayment is required to all services included in the itinerary.
  • Groups bookings of more than 10 people, deposits and balance payment may differ depending on agreed in the contract. 
  • We accept payments by:
    ‍1.   Bank transfer
    2.  Credit or debit card

3. Changes To Initial Agreement

The booking checkout for packages on our website serves as an invitation to offer/purchase. Changes to the booking are not permitted within 90 days of the travel date without Travelwell Golf’s approval. Changes in the number of participants may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Notify us as soon as possible for any itinerary adjustments, though we cannot guarantee changes due to availability constraints.

4. Documents For Non-Eucitizens

  • For U.S., Canadian or Japanese citizens, a current full passport is required for travel to Scotland, Ireland, and England.
  • Citizens of other countries should check with the appropriate embassy.
  • For car rental, all drivers must be over 25 years of age and have a current full driver’s licence.

5. Cancellation

Travelwellgolf accepts cancellations made in writing within 72 hours of initial quote being sent to the potential client. If any part of the trip is cancelled by travelwellgolf. All payments other than the deposits will be refunded in full. Travelwell golf does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the airlines or other providers not listed, or not arranged by the company itself.

  • All cancellations made up to 90 days before the departure will incur the loss of the deposits.
  • Cancellations made 89 – 60 days before the tour departure 50% of the cost per person will berefunded.
  • Cancellations made within 59 – 31 days before tour departure 25% of the cost per person ontour will be refunded.
  • Cancellation made within 29 days before tour departure will incur a total charge.

6. Booking Documentation

The group leader must sign the booking form and terms and conditions which will be sent out with each quotation. This forms a contract between Travelwell golf and you the client and all members of the party named in form.

Travelwellgolf is responsible for sending further details regarding the itinerary.

Group leader personally agrees being responsible for all the payments made up to date and informing the rest of the group about any updates and changes in the itinerary. Also informing Travelwell golf of any changes in group numbers or name changes.

After receiving the signed copy of a terms and conditions alongside with the booking form the invoice will be generated and send to the clients by email, if it is a group the correspondence will be sent to the representative specified in the contract. Postal copy can be sent upon request.

Travelwellgolf representative will make sure completion of all documentation is in place before commencing the arrangements.

Please make sure you read through all the itineraries and documentation. Do inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies towards what is included in the contract.

7. Contract

Contract will create a written agreement between a service provider Travelwell golf and yourself client or chosen group representative.

All information such as: date, number of days, number of golfers, tee times, payment schedule and prices will all be included in the contract which will be signed by both sides.

8. Caddies

At the time of booking please state if you require caddies for your golf tour. Although caddies cannot be guaranteed, Travelwell golf. Will try their best to accommodate this request. Caddie fees are not included in the tour unless stated in contract. Cancellation period is 24 hours to avoid caddie fees. 

9. Non-Golfers/Friends and Families

Travelwell golf welcome everyone, whether is golfers only or they will travel with their family or friends the company will be delighted to create an itinerary to run alongside the golf tour.

10. Local Representation

Upon arrival, all guests will be met either by a representative from travelwell golf, or designated driver who will welcome you and your guests and provide detailed instructions for your tour. The driver will stay with you for the duration of your tour as booked. In case of booking a rental car, you will be advised regarding collection or alternatively you will be met by car rental company representative. We offer a 24-hour emergency contact number and answering service for your use and peace of mind.

11. Responsibility

Travelwell Golf acts solely as an agent for external services provided by independent contractors and accepts no liability for any injuries, losses, or inconveniences caused by these third parties or by force majeure. Furthermore, as a tour operator, we are not responsible for any acts, omissions, failures, or accidents that occur during services not directly operated by us, including but not limited to those provided by airlines, accommodation providers, and transportation companies.

12. Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we ensure all client data is confidential and used strictly for business purposes, disclosed only to partners when necessary to deliver services. We use the data provided by you only as required to fulfill your booking. For more detailed information on how we process personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

Any comments or complaints must be made in writing to Travelwell golf within 14 days of the tour finishing. Failure in delivering any documentation within the duration of the tour or 2 weeks after returning from it will indicate satisfying outcome and no issues.

14. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel, medical, luggage, and cancellation insurance. Travelwell Golf is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. It is crucial that you ensure you have adequate insurance coverage, as the responsibility for choosing and securing all necessary insurances rests solely with you, the client.

15. Advance Booking & Planning

Most of the championship courses start to take reservations from September for the following year. If you wish to try to guarantee your favourite courses, please contact Travelwell golf. As soon as possible with your request. Advanced booking may involve full prepayment on selected championship courses within 14 days from original reservation.

16. Force Majeure

Unless expressly stated elsewhere in our booking conditions, we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss, because of “force majeure”.

In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and all similar events outside our control.
