Changes made to number of people after initial start of arrangements may incur the loss of the deposit. Should you be needing to make any changes to confirmed itinerary, we need to be notified as soon as possible. No changes or amendments would be guaranteed as it is all subject to availability.
Travelwellgolf accepts cancellations made in writing within 72 hours of initial quote being sent to the potential client. If any part of the trip is cancelled by travelwellgolf. All payments other than the deposits will be refunded in full. Travelwell golf does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the airlines or other providers not listed, or not arranged by the company itself.
The group leader must sign the booking form and terms and conditions which will be sent out with each quotation. This forms a contract between travelwell golf and you the client and all members of the party named in form.
Travelwellgolf is responsible for sending further details regarding the itinerary.
Group leader personally agrees being responsible for all the payments made up to date and informing the rest of the group about any updates and changes in the itinerary. Also informing travelwell golf of any changes in group numbers or name changes.
After receiving the signed copy of a terms and conditions alongside with the booking form the invoice will be generated and send to the clients by email, if it is a group the correspondence will be sent to the representative specified in the contract. Postal copy can be sent upon request.
Travelwellgolf representative will make sure completion of all documentation is in place before commencing the arrangements.
Please make sure you read through all the itineraries and documentation. Do inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies towards what is included in the contract.
Contract will create a written agreement between a service provider travelwell golf and yourself client or chosen group representative.
All information such as: date, number of days, number of golfers, tee times, payment schedule and prices will all be included in the contract which will be signed by both sides.
At the time of booking please state if you require caddies for your golf tour. Although caddies cannot be guaranteed, travelwell golf. Will try their best to accommodate this request.Caddie fees are not included in the tour unless stated in contract.Cancellation period is 24 hours to avoid caddie fees.
Travelwell golf welcome everyone, whether is golfers only or they will travel with their family or friends the company will be delighted to create an itinerary to run alongside the golf tour.
Upon arrival, all guests will be met either by a representative from travelwell golf, or designated driver who will welcome you and your guests and provide detailed instructions for your tour. The driver will stay with you for the duration of your tour as booked. In case of booking a rental car, you will be advised regarding collection or alternatively you will be met by car rental company representative. We offer a 24-hour emergency contact number and answering service for your use and peace of mind.
Travelwell golf as the tour operator acts only as an agent in securing and booking the services provided by others as independent contractors.
Travelwell golf accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any defect in the operation of any vehicle or conveyance or caused by the act, omission, neglection, delay or default of any person engaged in transporting tour participants or in providing hotel accommodations or other tour services or caused by the criminal act of any person or caused by an event which is beyond the reasonable control of travelwell golf.
Travelwell golf would assure every client that alongside data protection act, all customer data would be protected, information would only be shared with our partners whether required to deliver the service and every customer would be informed about how they data is being used. Travelwell golf would also make sure that all of their client’s data and personal information are fully confidential and used for business purposes only.
Any comments or complaints must be made in writing to travelwell golf within 14 days of the tour finishing. Failure in delivering any documentation within the duration of the tour or 2 weeks after returning from it will indicate satisfying outcome and no issues.
Please ensure that you have full travel, medical, luggage and cancellation insurance cover – consult your flight agent or your insurance broker for details. Travelwell golf is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents, or illness. It is important that you make certain you have adequate insurance cover.
Most of the championship courses start to take reservations from September for the following year. If you wish to try to guarantee your favourite courses, please contact travelwell golf. As soon as possible with your request. Advanced booking may involve full prepayment on selected championship courses within 14 days from original reservation.
Unless expressly stated elsewhere in our booking conditions, we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss, because of “force majeure”.
In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and all similar events outside our control.
